2. Commercial and Legal Training

This covers the provision of tailored internal commercial and legal seminars to meet your current company needs or to provide such training on a public course basis to remedy current commercial risk areas. These courses could include a wide range of topics such as:

  • What to do when things go wrong and how to improve your position

3. Account Management and Sales Support

We can offer account management services, whereby we can visit a new or an existing client, as a member of your sales force and check that all the client’s needs are being met by your organization. Such a meeting may result in obtaining repeat or new business. These could be clients that your sales force are not very motivated to pursue, as they do not offer the biggest commission, but are essential to the day to day servicing of your sales pipeline. This would have the benefit of freeing up your existing sales team to concentrate on your largest customer accounts.
