Tracey Bicheno

is a solicitor. She has spent many years as a commercial lawyer in industry, mainly in the City of London, as well as having run her own legal practice and consultancy. Her experience includes acting for businesses of all sizes in financial services, information technology, telecommunications, professional services and utilities’ sectors. She has worked at board level and is highly experienced in negotiating and documenting significant business transactions, reviewing and implementing standard contracts and procedures, delivering bespoke key manager training programmes, risk management analysis and application, outsourcing, as well as buying, selling and merging businesses.

The Directors of Professional Values work in conjunction with a number of associates should the size and /or timescale of the work dictate.

Sue Middlemist

has been a Commercial/Contracts and Legal Director for several blue chip companies including Thorn EMI, Dun & Bradstreet, Nynex and Cap Gemini. In addition to her contracts and legal experience Sue has spent seven years in large sales deals in the areas of systems integration projects and outsourcing. In particular she worked with Cap Gemini to take M&S Store Systems into an Indian based Outsource. Sue has also run her own training company on an international basis on such topics as Commercial Awareness, How to set up, run and audit a legal department, Risk Management, Contracts Review and Contract skills for sales and procurement people.
