It can be flexible, so that we can work remotely, in our home offices and communicate with you by email and telephone, and/or we can be on site, in your office or a client’s or supplier’s office, providing a service as if we were your employee. And/or we can accompany you to meetings as your stated advisers – if the situation demands it. 

Our advice is commercial and business focused.  We are very straight forward in our approach, having plenty of experience of having been involved with many different types of businesses and deals over the years, particularly technology.

Having worked in industry, we know what clients want: deals that happen successfully, problems averted and dealt with satisfactorily, to build long term relationships with customers and suppliers – and all with a view to the bottom line and potential growth – or the sale or listing of the company.

Therefore, we are very practical and focused. What you want to hear is what the issues are and how they can be dealt with appropriately and quickly.

Many larger businesses now have commercial directors and in house lawyers. However, many small to medium sized businesses need access to that type of expertise, but don’t want or can’t afford to pay unreasonable amounts of money for it. They don’t want to increase their headcount or spend time recruiting and training a junior, nor do they want a six figure salary bill for someone who can do the job.
